Job Purpose Responsible to establish and implement an effective quality assurance program to ensure that in-process assemblies, subassemblies, finish goods are manufactured accordingly to the process flow, customer requirements and product specifications. Principal Accountabilities Develop and implement the in-process QC plan to provide In-process and final QC inspection functional supports to products manufactured in-house. Prepare & implement in-process inspection and test plans/procedures. Conduct in-process and final verification QC tests to ensure products meeting the customer requirements and product specifications. Continuously make improvement to the effectiveness and efficiency of the in-process QC inspection procedure and methodology. Provide QA engineering guidance and supervision to the in-process QC inspector(s). Perform regular production line audits. Verifies the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures. Prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity arising from the manufacturing processes and quality system.
