Customer Service Officer

Location: Singapore (Tampines)

We are looking for people with a strong passion for customer service, enthusiastic and dedicated to total customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Officer, your main responsibility is to deliver personalized service over the telephone to member enquiries on newly launched Insurance products and campaigns. A positive attitude, attentive listening and communication skills are essential.

Requirements
· 21 yrs & above
· 4 ‘O’ levels with good credit in English
· MUST be able to converse fluently in English
· Full-timer or Part-timers welcomed
· Previous experience in Customer Service (Call Centre or Front Office) will be an added advantage
· ** Singaporean & PR Only
· Able to start work immediately

Additional Package
- Yr Contract Renewable (Convertible to Permanent subject to good performance)
- 5-day week (Mon - Fri)
- Fixed working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
